Firefox 4.0 Launch Party: Bhopal!!!

" A journey of a thousands sites begin with a single click."

It's really an awesome quote, but what will you do when you have to wait after that single click for a while ; just because of the slow speed of your web browser. Now you don't need to be worry about it.

  As Firefox 4.0 is recently launched worldwide. The web browser with super speed, privacy and great security is also launched for the first time in the history of Madhya Pradesh. The launching party was held in Bhopal. As a Mozilla Student Leader from my region, It's always an honor for me to be a part of this types of event.

 The Firefox 4.0 Launch Party Bhopal is being organized by me, Anup Mishra( the other leader from my region) and the Team Firefox which include Ankit, Rahul, Alok, Anil Indresh, Manendra, Ashish and other Mozilla enthusiastic. I always believe that "WE always sounds better than I" and this event was the best example of team work.:):):)

 We reached the venue at 10:00 am sharp. I saw the huge crowd of students over there who were very enthusiastic and zeal for the launching party and the "Spread Firefox Quiz Contest". They eager to took part in the contest and eagerly wanted to be the part of this type of party. Their enthusiasm for on the spot registration showed their  willingness for Firefox 4.0  launch party.

 The event started at 10:30 am by enlightening the lamp as it's our Indian ritual to enlighten the lamp before starting of any good things. After that we(Anup and me) were being welcomed by the dignitaries of the institution. In the welcome speech, the Director of institution showed gratitude towards Mozilla Corporation for choosing their institution for the launching party.

 Now it's time for giving a presentation on Mozilla Firefox 4.0. This responsibility was mine and yes the pleasure was all mine as I was very enthusiastic to give power-point presentation on Mozilla Firefox 4.0. Before starting my presentation, i interacted with all the students by asking them about Mozilla and Firefox and for each correct answer we gave them swag. Even they were having very keen interest to know about Firefox 4.0. I started my presentation by having a brief intro of Mozilla Corp., Mozilla India Community and about the non profit organization. After that i told them about the softwares from Mozilla like Thunderbird, Camino, Sunbird etc. Now It's time for the main topic of my presentation- Firefox 4.0. The presentation was awesome till the time but it become more awesome when started to talk about the Firefox 4.0 and it's killer feature.

 The audience seemed very cool and relax to know that Firefox 4.0 is the safest and securest web browser ever. I saw the happiness on their faces as they are now blessed with Firefox 4.0 and it's killer features like : Sync, Do not track, Private Browsing Awesome Bar, Personalized Tabs etc.

 We showed them three videos about Mozilla and Firefox 4.0. After the presentation it was time for the first round of quiz contest. All the quiz are related to Mozilla and Firefox. The interesting games were also the  part of our event. The games were started after the ending of first round as we had to check the answer sheets meanwhile. Students enjoyed the game solely and won lots of goodies from our side. The whole credit goes to Ankit, Rahul, Alok, Manendra , Dileep and Navneet for organizing the games.

 Now it's time for cutting the cake. "Welcome Firefox 4.0" and Firefox logo looked really awesome on cake and it's like an add on for the cake:):). The cake was really so delicious. Hats off and kudos to our dear chef who made it for us:):):)

 After the cake cutting ceremony, all the student enjoyed the mini meal and cold drinks provided by us. Now, we started the second round of quiz contest in which we selected the top three winners. We felicitate them by prize and certificates. students were very glad to know that each of them was getting a certificate for the event. This was the end of that gladsomest event ever. We and more than 400 attendees enjoyed the event a lot.

In this Valentine!!

In this valentine,

Cloud of nostalgia wrap me completely

And I become so numb to write the words..

Yet I struggle with complexity of our relation to do the same..

The memories of you and me, flash into my eyes

Images of your smile come to real…

My heart wants to say it all at once,

Still mind drops a hurdle..

Those giggling talks, those smiley remarks,

The flattery waves of our each and every telephonic conversation,

Reminding me of those golden days..

The way you knew each and every thing about me..Damn!!

The way you solve all my problems,

As simple as ur dimples..

I pray to god to make u feel so special and happy,

The way I did..

Still I can’t understand,

How we are demarcated by a distinct line..

A line called “Long distance”…

Which of course we had to abridge together!!

In the Struggle!!!

In the Struggle for existing, surviving, being.

I have lost my roots,

My desire, my dreams, my wishes,

Myself, all are forgotten…

Persons and things are changing

As its never been…

I saw in past to trace back my path

But the wind of time blown away my footprints..

In the Struggle,

I can’t wear a smile for which I’m known for.

Even I’m unable to wear that fake smile,

Which conceal my problems..

In the Struggle,

When I’m being accused of wasting money and mundanity,

By some of the closest fellas..

Suspiring, I moved ahead..

Trying to retrieve, who I was, why am I here,

But, to no avail..

My friends are not there

To remind me

Who I am..

And, now, I negotiate

Through the thick and thin,

I struggle my way through.

It's a New Day:1-1-11

Hey pals....Wishing you all a prosperous and Happy New Year...What a grt day 1-1-11!!!!

Today a new decade begins with new hope and new responsibilities. New goals are waiting for us to achieve 'em.. Today i got an inspiring story on my inbox.. I want to share this with you:

Once there was a king who received a gift of two magnificent falcons from Arabia. They were peregrine falcons, the most beautiful birds he had ever seen. He gave the precious birds to his head falconer to be trained.
 
Months passed and one day the head falconer informed the king that though one of the falcons was flying majestically, soaring high in the sky, the other bird had not moved from its branch since the day it had arrived.
 
The king summoned healers and sorcerers from all the land to tend to the falcon, but no one could make the bird fly. He presented the task to the member of his court, but the next day, the king saw through the palace window that the bird had still not moved from its perch. Having tried everything else, the king thought to himself, "May be I need someone more familiar with the countryside to understand the nature of this problem." So he cried out to his court, "Go and get a farmer."
 
In the morning, the king was thrilled to see the falcon soaring high above the palace gardens. He said to his court, "Bring me the doer of this miracle."
 
The court quickly located the farmer, who came and stood before the king. The king asked him, "How did you make the falcon fly?"
 
With his head bowed, the farmer said to the king, " It was very easy, your highness. I simply cut the branch where the bird was sitting."
  

We are all made to fly -- to realize our incredible potential as human beings. But instead of doing that, we sit on our branches, clinging to the things that are familiar to us. The possibilities are endless, but for most of us, they remain undiscovered. We conform to the familiar, the comfortable, the mundane. So for the most part, our lives are mediocre instead of exciting, thrilling and fulfilling.

So let us learn to destroy the branch of fear we cling to and free ourselves to the glory of flight. May we all get our wings to achieve a level where sky is our limit..

Have a thrilling, awesome and a great year ahead....:)

Life: In a new turn!!

Hey Pals!!....So, m here again in my digital world with my new blog-post:):) n hopefully I will try my level best to be active here.

Well well well...a lots of things changed since 12th Apr.(my last blog-post)..Finally I become an engineer, left the college with some winsome achievements. Life took a new turn with some heart breaking consequences to some most enjoyable and unforgettable moments.Signature Day to the last day of college life, when I got gold medal for my project: enjoyed the college life in a rocking manner...:):P

Life's an omnibus of blind turns. Life can be extremely challenging sometimes and sometimes it can bring you down with a clonk. A clonk much louder than you expected. 

I have realized a lot of things lately. I realized that i had reached a comfort zone regarding myself as a human being. But, may be not we all? We all think that after sometime we all find what we really are. But i found that life took us to the blind turns and this is not the case at all. Sometimes we react in a way we never thought would have been possible to us, Sometimes we see things in a way we never thought possible and it;s time to discover yourself.

It is the time to wake up. A recent incident in my life has left me with this one thought. i have to rediscover myself again. too often we are very busy to make the one's around us happy 'coz their happiness gives us happiness. But what happens when those loving one are quite busy with their little success and even throw some harsh words to insult you? What do you do then? You break into a million pieces and see why it happened the way it did. I have realized that i spend my too much time trying to make them happy and when they didn't care either way, I was the one who dealt with harsh blow. This is the worst thing i felt ever and quailed. So much negativity surrounds me.

It is time for me to be alone with myself and see what really makes me RAMESH. It's time for me to understand my needs and my dreams instead of that shattered dreams I built with others. It is time for me to ask a question to myself where's that Ramesh who is quite optimistic and never loose hope?..It is time for me to rediscover myself  and not worrying about those crap.It is time for me to face the blind turns of life.

Sometimes in life, God is in the mood to play with you..But I just want to say God, "Oh dear almighty God! I knew that you are taking exam of my patience. Hopefully I will pass this exam and I am having complete faith on you. I will definitely cross this hurdle. One day you'll get bored to play with my segment and move on to other."

I will finally get what I want, may be in New Year:)..Today The decade has come to an end.. An awesome decade for me...I passed school, took admission in college, enjoyed every moments of life, learned to smile in worst situation..from crush to true love, downfalls to achievements, worst to best..in many wayz this decade is awesome for me..

I got d treasure of gud frnz who will remain wd me:)...lost sum1 very special(may be not completely)..some dreams come true, some are in d line:P..hats off to this grt decade for making mah life so b'ful whr i learned to smile n njoy each n evry moment of life...miss u a grt decade:(

May this new turn of life makes everyone happy:)

Thank You Bhopal!!!

There is a big reason of this smile in my face...Yes we had done it!!!! Finally we've collected 5.5 lakh Rs. from bhopal for saving d life of Rahul Gupta(read my previous blogpost)..I'm thankful to all those who support us in this noble cause...I'm very much thankful to all d people of bhopal for their overwhelming support:):)

Now just praying for Rahul so that he recover soon...

Hi my dear readers..Today I'm here to convey a message for a noble cause..I'm going to share some news about a guy who is suffering from a rare liver disease "Budd Chairi Syndrome-a lever syndrome".This guy is the bro of one of our junior in  LNCT college.I came to know abt him from my friends .These rare disease occurs one out of  1,00,000 individuals.

The budd chiari is treated by surgical shunts to divert the flow of blood around the obstruction or the liver itself.In Rahul's case, there is an urgent need of transigular intraheptic portosystemic surgery(TIPS). his disease is being diagnosed at the "Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon".However, the expenses of his treatment is beyond his family's reach as he doesn't have father to support him. He is having only his bro and mom in family.The cost of his treatment is estimated to be around Rs. 6 lakh.

We have only 20 days left for his operation and if he didn't get the money, might be he will be no more:(:(...So buddies and dear readers, please come forward and donate money for a noble cause..We have collected money by moving different colleges and institutions and collected around 20,000 rupees within two days..So Come Forward and Join Hands for saving a precious life...:):)
